You can book your tickets directly through the search box on our homepage. Select your departure port, destination, travel dates, and the number of passengers, then follow the payment instructions provided.

We serve crossings between Bali (Sanur & Padang Bai), Nusa Penida, the Gili Islands (Gili Trawangan & Gili Air), and Lombok (Bangsal).

It is not mandatory. You can simply show the e-ticket sent to your email or WhatsApp on your smartphone screen during the check-in process at the port.

We highly recommend arriving at the port at least 60 minutes before your scheduled departure time for check-in and boarding procedures.

Each passenger is generally allowed 1 large suitcase or bag (maximum 20-25 kg) and 1 hand carry or small backpack to bring into the passenger cabin.

No, fast boat tickets do not include local government tourist levies or island entry retribution fees. Visitors entering Bali must pay the Bali Tourism Levy, and there are separate local retribution fees collected when entering Nusa Penida as well as the Gili Islands / Lombok (Eco-tax/harbor fees). These fees are collected directly by local officers at the respective ports or can be paid in advance via official government portals where applicable.
